Subdivisions

CMA provides services for the development of several residential and commercial subdivisions.  Subdivisions completed by CMA ranged from two-lot subdivisions to master-planned communities serving 2,000 residents with acres of commercial and retail.  Below is a partial list of subdivisions to which CMA provides engineering assistance:

The Reserve at Lake Travis

The Reserve at Lake Travis is a 291-acre residential and commercial development on 3.5 miles of shoreline of Lake Travis. The subdivision consists of 116 large residential lots, 23 condominium units, over 20 acres of parkland, a swim center, an equestrian center, and additional commercial sites. The Coves WSC provides water service to the development and wastewater service is from Onsite Sewage Facilities permitted through the LCRA.

Belterra Subdivision

Belterra is a 1,600-acre residential and commercial development in the Dripping Springs ETJ, with several parks, miles of sidewalks and walking paths, and 400 acres of greenspace. Rooster Springs Elementary also resides inside the Belterra Subdivision, as well as a community welcome center and resident amenity center.  Hays County WCID Nos. 1 and 2 provide water and wastewater service to the development.

HighPointe Subdivision

HighPointe is a 720-acre gated residential development in the Dripping Springs ETJ. HighPointe contains 1,029 single family residential lots, as well as over 20 acres of open-space, parkland, and ponds.  HighPointe also includes a large amenity center, and over 5 miles of sidewalk and trails.  The LCRA provides water service to the development and Hays County MUD No. 5 provides wastewater service to the development.

Ledge Stone Subdivision

Ledge Stone is a 400-acre residential and commercial development in the Dripping Springs ETJ. Ledge Stone consists of 236 single family residential lots, multiple commercial sites, a community amenity center, and many acres of open spaces and greenbelts.  The LCRA provides water service to the development and Hays County MUD No. 4 provides wastewater service to the development. http://ledgestoneaustin.com/
